It was the call every mother hates to get. My 13 year old daughter, Destiny, had been hit by a truck when crossing the street as she got off her school bus. I was very upset because several people told me that the driver did not put out the stop sign.
I knew the bus company was in the wrong. I also knew that I couldn’t do anything to them on my own.
That’s why I decided to start looking for a lawyer.
Right after the accident Destiny spent several days in the hospital, but required numerous return visits for three different surgeries. I don’t think he really had to do that, but that’s just the kind of man he is.
We had enough going on without having to worry about the legal side of things and he made us feel like everything was in good hands. He was knowledgeable, persistent, accessible and overall…just great!

It was raining hard when the Ford Ranger pick-up truck in the lane to my left suddenly turned right into me, T-boning my Impala in the driver’s door and pushing us all the way to the sidewalk.
We both banged our heads hard and I cut my hand, but we didn’t go to the hospital right away. Now I wish we had. The headaches only got worse.
I am so glad I had Attorney Mueller handling it all. We called him while we were still at the hospital. He actually came to my house just a few days after the accident.
At the ER, they immediately put me in a neck brace and ran a bunch of tests: x-rays and CT Scans and things like that. It was determined that I had swelling on the left side of my brain. They said the swelling would go down, but I was still constantly dizzy and had horrible headaches. My eyes were so sensitive to the light I couldn’t go outside.
Fortunately we did get a police report, but it was when we found out that both drivers had the same insurance that the problems started. My insurance company wouldn’t pay my claim.
He explained everything to me very patiently. He said it was their job to pay me as little as possible and to get me to go away. He said it was his job to make sure I was compensated fairly to the full extent of the law.
Both my brother and I had very bad experiences with lawyers in the past; they never returned calls and were never there when we needed them. My brother’s accident was more than a year ago and he still hasn’t seen any progress on his case. Greg Mueller isn’t like that.
He gave me his cell phone number and either answers it whenever I call or calls me back right away. He even calls me on his own just to see how I’m doing. He always calls to notify me of any changes in my case. He never makes me feel like my questions are stupid. He takes the time to explain things. He’s a guy who genuinely cares about what’s going on and what I’m going through. I recommend him to everyone I know because I know he will do a good job.
Although my case settled out of court last month, Greg is still handling my son’s case, but my son hasn’t talked too much lately about getting to drive. I think the accident scared him. I am glad we had Greg Mueller taking care of everything or it would have been a lot scarier.

One night, my car started spinning after a woman who hit me ran a red light, but my head just wouldn’t seem to stop spinning. The impact caused me to bounce off of a couple of other cars during the spin. My car was towed away as I was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance with three broken ribs, a broken tooth, a lacerated knee and one heck of a headache.
I wasn’t able to go back to work for four or five weeks. It was some time later that they realized I had had a severe concussion. I still have problems with that today.

He always listened to me. He never made me feel as though I didn’t know what I was talking about even when I got confused because I was having a lot of memory issues due to the head injury. He was very patient and always kind…kind to the point where he was always using manners, you know what I mean? That’s something you don’t see in a lot of people nowadays.
He always kept my best interests in mind. When I wasn’t sure if I should accept offers or go for more he would always give me both sides…we could go to trial, but this might happen, or you could settle for this and this might be in your best interest.
He is good at explaining the details in terms you can understand. Greg knew this was really draining me of funds and that I was a single mom with two young kids.
When he helped my kids with their cases, they were both under 18. He always directed his questions to them, not to me, which was really nice because a lot of people won’t talk on an even level with teenagers. He did and that impressed me a lot. He always kept their best interests in mind, too.
