Joseph H. Mueller
(1935 - 2021)
Mr. Mueller was a member in good standing of the Missouri Bar from 1959 to 2021.
He was a distinguished fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He was a diplomat of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He was a founding member of the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers.
He worked for over four decades as a senior partner at a defense law firm before joining his son’s firm, specializing in plaintiff’s cases and claims. He brought over 60 years of experience in auto, personal injury, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, product liability, and complex tort litigation.
He complimented the firm’s practice of representing victims of serious personal injury, medical malpractice, pharmaceutical, auto, product, work injury, and premises neglect.
Mr. Mueller served as a court-approved mediator and arbitrator. He also served as an expert witness in cases involving legal malpractice and insurance coverage, among other areas.
His contributions were noteworthy. His legal acuity was legendary. His good nature will be long remembered and sorely missed.
